Wilbury Planning provides preliminary planning advice to understand the planning potential of the development. This is in the form of a Site Appraisal.

Prior to the submission of a planning application, it is often beneficial to engage with the local planning authority through a Pre-Application consultation. The chief purpose of a Pre-Application consultation is to test the “in principle” acceptability of the development.

We will guide you through the Pre-Application consultation process. This includes preparation of a Covering Statement, working with an Architect to prepare sketch drawings, and attendance at the Pre-Application meeting held by the local planning authority.
