Planning Appeals
The way in which the planning system works means the granting of planning permission by the local planning authority can never be completely guaranteed. Should planning permission be refused, then one way forward is to appeal the decision via the Planning Inspectorate.
An appeal involves the preparation of a Statement of Case as a rebuttal against the local planning authorities reason(s) for refusal. Appeals are often dealt with through written representations, although a hearing can also be requested as an alternative.
Wilbury Planning will guide you through the appeal process from reviewing the reason(s) for refusal, preparation of the Statement of Case, and attendance at the appeal hearing if required.
